Silicone molds
Silicon RTVs:
The most important feature of this group is the resistance to heat, acid, electricity and humidity, high flexibility and elasticity, and lack of adhesion to surfaces. This type of silicone is formed at room temperature and its use in many times does not cause its inadequacy.
HTV Baking Heat Silicones:
This type of silicone is resistant to high heat and cold and is easy to color and ultimately has good electrical and mechanical properties. This type of silicon is mostly used in industrial products such as machinery, electrical, engineering and construction, food industry (cake molds and pastries) and casting industry.
LSR Liquid Silicon:
The use of liquid silicone is used when we want to reduce the expensive zinc (viscosity) silicon. The features of the liquid silicone are high stability and the ability to resist high and low temperatures, inherent transparency, and color and custom products. The use of liquid silicone is more in products that require high precision and elegance in manufacturing. Such as the manufacture of medical use, the manufacture of hygiene products such as the head of the milk for infants and the manufacture of kitchen products, ...

Use of silicone molds
Silicone molds are used in many cases, one of which is the most important feature in the manufacture of unsaturated polyester and resin (such as epoxy resin, polyesin and polyester resin) and concrete in different sizes and designs that we see in everyday life, including sculptures, sculptures, furniture. Chocolate and cocoa and jelly are used in both homes and industries. There is also a type of silicon molds that are highly resistant to heat and are most commonly used by pastry and cake. The following can be noted the manufacture of candles and the production of resin ornaments, which are used in many other businesses today.
